Zachary L. Harris
Before founding Granite Crest Holdings, Zachary served 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Three after multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal three times for sustained leadership and performance under pressure.
Real estate investing rewards operators who think like stewards, not speculators. Zachary founded Granite Crest because he saw an industry where investor capital was too often treated as an abstraction. Granite Crest was built on the premise that the same discipline that protects soldiers can protect capital.
Zachary reviews every acquisition personally and maintains an active role throughout each investment lifecycle — from initial underwriting through asset management and disposition. Investors have direct access to leadership because leadership is still doing the work.
